Project Update March 2025

St. James continues to take shape, with major project milestones achieved and even more exciting progress on the horizon. Stage 1 is fully titled and nearly sold out, while Stage 2 is just weeks away from receiving titles.

Stage 1 – Titled & Ready to Build

Stage 1 is almost sold out, with all terraces in the Symphony Collection quickly snapped up. Limited opportunities remain in the Sanctuary Collection by Bradford Homes. Additionally, only two titled land allotments remain in the Valetta Release, offering buyers the freedom to build their dream home with a builder of their choice.

Stage 2 – Titles on track for March

Stage 2 is progressing quickly, with footpaths, storm water, sewer and kerbing all completed early this year. Land titles are anticipated later in March, paving the way for future homeowners.
